Step 1: Wet water based varnished on printing material

Step 2: With IR radiation and hot air, evaporation is realized. Similarly, the penetration process happens.

Step 3: The water portion is mainly evaporated, respectively, penetrated.

Step 4: Physical interlinking is finished.
