Our hot-air jets are available as slot type or hole type nozzles. Both models feature a uniform air flow over the whole sheet or web width. The slot type nozzles are characterized by a sophisticated double chamber technology where the air is first retained in the inner chamber over the whole jet / format width before it flows out uniformly.

The hole type nozzles have available different hole designs which can be individually adjusted in order to distribute uniformly the air inflow. With both solutions, the customer achieves an optimal and uniform air flow irrespective of the format, which is a big advantage especially for large-size applications.

Air flow rate, output air temperature and blowing angle (nozzle inclination) can be adjusted separately, which allows at all times an individual and optimum adaptation to the production process. The efficiency of our hot-air jets provides for an essentially increased and optimal air exchange on the substrate’s surface and thus improves the drying considerably. All Eltosch hot-air jets are low-maintenance units and available in different sizes.
